Great option

"I was looking at different bags for my fourteen year old son and I to use in our basement gym. I like that there is no need to hang from joists or buy a separate stand to use it. Just fill it up with water and you’re good to go. Moves out of the way when you’re not using it and saves a lot of space. Easily adjustable and easy on the hands. Hopefully it will hold up over time and I have no reason to think that it won’t."
