"Put these down in my garage in red and blue. I have my barbell bench, two muay thai bags and a Century Versys BOB. I do circuits of weights, punching, kicking, body weight exercises, skip rope ALL on these mats and right here at home. These puzzle mats are perfect!!! I start with a run then hit my home gym and I'm good for the day!"

"Exactly what I remembered from my early martial arts career. These floor mats stay together well and have enough texture to make sure you can keep your footing. These mats are a little firm though, so if you're practicing takedowns or throws at full power, you may want to go with a softer mat."
