"This fits nicely in my downstairs home gym. Perfect set-up with a punching bag, pull-up bar, and dip bar. Everything you need! Easy to put together and seems sturdy and stable, especially for my 250 lb frame. Highly recommend!"
"Overall great piece of equipment for bag work and upper body training. Only two minor drawbacks, both on the bag side of the stand. First, the hook you hang the bag from makes a lot of noise when you’re hitting the bag (still thinking through some sort of fabric or other material to dampen the nose vibration). Second, the height of the bag is low- I’m only 5’8” and the top of a 100 lbs bag practically hangs at eye-level. Will likely need to trim the changes holding the bag (which will likely shorten the lifespan of the bag), or buy a smaller bag when this one breaks."

Ok this thing is Huuuge.(thats what wife said walking in the house for i have it in my living room lol. it is a Heavy Duty Piece of Workout Equipment! its Sturdy! doin dips doing pull ups aint shit for this thing if you got arms or not This is Your Station. im doing pullups and dips when i havent done them since highschool but only thing is het hand strength if not its all bar on hand so wrap it but that thing deserves five stars and i havent even put the bag on it yet!!! ive looked into dip exercises as well pull ups so upper chest you want your sure gonna het three days i see definition already wife says no but are they ever gonna agree lol"
