"These gloves work pretty well. They would be good for the ground and pound, in a clenched, very low-powered basic strikes. Definitely do not gat on a heavy bag with these gloves, it does not seem like they are made for a lot of heavy punches, the padding on the inside is not very good/ or designed for that."

"Feels great and provides good wrist support. The pinky hole is a bit too big and you need to air them out after use but besides that no complaints. I have used them every day for 2 weeks now and I am very happy with the product!"
