Outstanding punching bag
"BOB is perfect for heavy bag work. The stand holds the right amount of weight and BOB does not tip over from power punches. This purchase is my second BOB for a gift to my nephew. My original BOB is still going strong after 13 years of use. Before BOB I'd use hanging heavy bags but finding the hanging location in my home was an issue. BOB solved that problem. Strongly recommend."
Very happy I finally got
"Very happy I finally got one. I have been doing ITF style TKD for 38 years. I usually use shields, pads and I own a wave master. I love having targets with kicks, hand and elbow strikes. I just started training my son and he usually uses me for targets. Now he can strike Bob. I have only had it for a couple of weeks but he seem very durable. He is going to be a great training partner for my son and I."

"Very nice striking poor Bob!! He takes a beating and never complains. I love the large(full length) for practice of lower kicks! Jo and Bokken practice is much better on Bib than a traditional bag!!!"
