"I ordered this item never received it. Keep getting updates from FedEx saying is out for delivery contacted company told me I had to use the insurance when I tried to use the insurance. It tells me it cannot do anything until seven days outside of any FedEx update every three days FedEx updates me telling me is on the way and then I get another email saying it’s delayed it was supposed to be delivered December 13 contacted FedEx. They said they can’t help me it has to be done through the company. company says I have to use insurance. insurance says they can’t help me because FedEx keeps sending me updates."
