"GI arrived and what was I expected as far as quality and thickness. Because I am 5’9” tall and 200lbs I had to get a size 5 instead of the size 4 that says is for my height. I have not weighed the weight that matches size 4 in many years and don’t know many people that do. A size 4 pants fit but I needed a size 5 jacket. I guess I could have ordered each piece separately but, it will be easy to tailor the lengthy of the pants."

"Sorry, cant recommend this uniform. The pants have no elastic waste band to go with the string tie cord. The string cord snakes thru a few poorly postioned loops when you tie it and the pants tend to loosen and fall. Not the best design or well suited for practice of martial arts."

"This would be our go-to student gi for kids if the pants were an elastic waist. The 6 ounce gis are too flimsy and these are noticeably better but the drawstring is universally disliked by youth students and parents."

"As an instructor of Tang Soo Do, I have been ordering this uniform for my students for over 5 years. I have had students that have been using the traditional white uniform at all belt levels, white to black. I would highly recommend this uniform for any student who wants a nice weight uniform that looks good and can handle the basics to ground work. many of my assistant instructors still wear the top after reaching black belt level.
