Saving my legs in BJJ

"I ended up with a large hematoma on my right shin and another injury on my left due to partners dropping on my legs while rolling. These guards have allowed me to continue training while recovering. The guards are comfortable and aren't noticeable under my Gi bottoms."

These are the best shin guards ever.

"My daughter can not wear the shin guards with the foot piece at her school, or in her tournaments. But she CAN wear just the shin guards. She says these are the best fitting, best feeling shin guards that we have tried. But, we originally purchased the shin guards with the foot piece. Her instructor allows her to wear them when practicing, but she can not wear them in her tournaments. As such, I am trying to find these same exact shin guards, without the foot piece, in a small. I am told that nobody has them anymore, and nobody can get them anymore, because Century has discontinued them. In my opinion, this is the stupidest decision you could have made. Get rid of the two piece that covers the foot, because too many people can't wear them in their tournaments. But, keep the shin guards. Luckily, I was able to find 2 of these on ebay, in a medium. I ordered 2 sets for my daughter. One set for her parent organization, and one set for her Blitz and Kick USA tournaments. I just hope the mediums are not too large for her. This was a BIG mistake discontinuing these shin guards only."
