"I measured following the size guidelines and comfortably fell within the range of LARGE. It he shoes were very much too small. I am normally a men’s 10. 5. And the return process is very outdated- print a form, fill it out and put it with the return (the form is really unclear, so I called for assistance and indeed it’s really unclear) and pay to ship them back. Not an easy and clean purchase and return process."

"Not a good sparring boot at all, Fit- the part for the toes is fine but the heel is way to big or wide open. The elastic is horrible its to long or its old like it wont stretch or contract. Will not recommend."
