Boxing Partner Bag Drill
What it does

Century equipment you will need
How to do it
Set a round timer and stand on opposite sides of the heavy bag.
Partner A throws basic 1, 2, 3 combinations including a jab, cross, and lead hook while Partner B stabilizes the bag.
Switch roles so Partner B throws the same combination while Partner A holds the bag.
Continue switching combinations and increase speed each round.
Partner Reaction Callout Drill

How to do it
Partners face each other in stance.
Partner A calls out number combinations such as “1, 2” or “2, 3, 2.”
