Absolutely Horrible Return Process – Avoid at All Costs!
"If I could give zero stars, I would. The return process is an absolute nightmare. First, they make you jump through hoops just to get authorization printing out and filling out paperwork, dragging the process out for days. Then, they expect you to pay for return shipping and had to pay for shipping once which was outrageous. To make matters worse, customer service is completely unhelpful—either ignoring emails, giving canned responses, or transferring you endlessly. It feels like they intentionally make returns as painful as possible to discourage customers from even trying. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!"
