"I have no location within hundreds of miles of me to try gear on before buying. I went specifically off the site's measurements to pick as size, and this item was much too big. Now I'm stuck trying to sell them locally. In the meantime, I bought the size down and was incorrectly shipped a child's size instead of an adult's size, and now I have to pay to ship those back, wait to see if the store will even give me a refund, and then possibly try again to reorder the correct size. It seemed like a really good idea to have machine-washable items, but now I'm not sure it's worth the cost or hassle. Will avoid ordering directly in the future."
