"This heavy bag is ok. It is very lumpy and inconsistent throughout. There are random hard spots throughout the bag. It has also experienced a lot of settling in a very short amount of time. The lower 12-18 inches are already very solid after just a month. Due to the excessive settling and the random hard spots it’s difficult to recommend this bag for punching and kicking unless you are going to wear gloves and shin guards all the time. I have used many Century products that are wonderful. Unfortunately, this isn’t one of them. I will probably end up dumping this bag and refilling it myself or just replacing it with a competitors product."
