    Bought two of these. One of them was the wrong size (Century customer service did an AMAZING job of fixing that for me and overnighted me a replacement) but that is not what the two star review is for. On both the red and black as well as the white and black tops that I ordered the nylon webbing straps that were used as cross ties tore straight out of the stitching. This happened because the nylon webbing was not correctly heat sealed before it was stitched into place to anchor it and the nylon just frayed as cut nylon webbing does. Thankfully I am not a slouch with a sewing machine so I was able to repair them but this should not happen with a brand new uniform the very first time it is put on. Once the tie issue was fixed the uniform fits well, is comfortable and looks good.

    The fabric feels kind of cheap. I wasn't expecting anything super-substantial, but I also didn't expect it to feel like a manilla envelope. One thing I didn't realize before buying is that there is blue stitching over black fabric. It would have looked much sharper if the stitching matched its background. The ties are also very low-density and low-strength, which caused one to rip off the uniform immediately when I tightened the knot. It's a martial arts gi, which should be made for moving around in. Also, the sleeve is more of a 3/4 sleeve, which flares out to a wider cuff on the forearm. It looks sporty that way, but it really doesn't work well if you intend to do demo displays with weapons. It feels like wearing a windbreaker or rainjacket while trying to do tricks. That said, I'm glad to see bold uniform designs in the catalog again, but would like the fabric and ties to be at least slightly higher in quality.
