Items are nice. . Delivery not so much
"I ordered online with a delivery date 2 days prior to the date I was hoping to have the bo staff for my granddaughter to use. The bo staff was considered a bulky item so had to pay additional for that to be shipped. When I got the email confirmation and tracking number from the USPS delivery was still on time from Oklahoma to New York. The only update my tracking number provided me was thst it was in transit. I called Centry when the rest of my order arrived ahead of the original delivery date and the bo staff was not there. I was told by the customer service rep that the rest of my order was shipped by FedEx that's why it was delivered separately. I never got an email letting me know they were shipped separately. My bo staff seemed to have been stuck in transit and didnt arrive until 4 days after the original delivery date. My frustration during all this is that no one at centry or the USPS could tell me where the package was other than in transit. When I asked the USPS what the standard delivery time was from Oklahoma to NY it was 5 days and I waited almost double that."
